2. Engineering Liability

Submission of a project inquiry through this website does not constitute a formal engineering contract. A binding agreement is only formed upon the execution of a signed professional services contract by a licensed principal of Vektor Structural Dynamics.

3. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, modeling workflows, and proprietary analytical methods described herein are the intellectual property of Vektor Structural Dynamics and may not be reproduced without written consent.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
